Mark serves as a Senior Vice President with ATON LLC to achieve technical consistency relevant to evaluation of site conditions and establishment of site characterization and remediation activities in risk-based corrective actions and real estate decisions.
During his 30 years of professional experience, Mark has provided professional services for large industrial projects, military sites, and complex environmental conditions in locations across the US and Canada. With a PhD in Hydrogeology, Mark has also provided professional guidance for drinking water problems that included large-scale field testing and numerical modeling to establish sustainable yields and plume migration.
Mark has a PhD in Hydrogeology from the University of Hawaii, and MS and BS degrees from the University of Iowa. He is licensed in Missouri, California, Indiana, and Hawaii as well as the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
