Commercial Liability Partners (CLP) purchased the retired Harbor Beach Power Plant in Michigan from DTE Energy in the summer of 2019.
CLP plans to work with ATON to address the many environmental needs of the site, like remediation, groundwater monitoring and abatement. It will meet with local officials and economic development leaders in Harbor Beach and Huron County to discuss redevelopment plans for the 85-acre site.
