As part of an effort to assist Polsinelli PC with their clients’ needs for environmental and due diligence services, ATON professionals have conducted numerous Phase I ESAs throughout the nation.
Additional ASTM non-scope items such as Wetlands, Floodplain, and Endangered Species, and Indoor Air Quality Reviews. Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint, Radon, and Lead-in-Drinking Water inspections were also frequently performed as part of the assessments.
Recently, ATON completed a limited OSHA audit on a packaging facility in the Chicago area. The audit included a review of current environmental release reporting and permitting requirements associated with facility air emissions, a comprehensive review of the facility’s written safety and health programs, and a walk-through for the purpose of identifying any potential violations of OSHA’s health or safety standards. Additional services at the facility include a limited air quality survey utilizing continuous direct-reading instruments and sample collection via an evacuated summa canister.
